Mass Virtual's new design enhanced their brand’s online presence, making it more aligned with their vision of being at the forefront of XR technology.
Mass Virtual builds extended-reality (XR) training platforms, with MassXR improving retention, readiness, and cost efficiency across aerospace, defense, and enterprise. Our mandate was to frame the platform for decision-makers (not just technologists), reduce friction to inquiry, and deliver a site that is accessible, high-performance, and easy for internal teams to run.

Project Highlights
- Modern CMS build (Webflow and WordPress), with a responsive, secure foundation with mobile-first execution.
- 9 custom pages and 2–3 subpages: scoped layouts for Platform, Solutions and Industries, Services, Resources, Careers, and Contact.
- Sitemap & IA strategy: buyer-task journeys for Training and Ops leaders, Program and PMO, and Procurement.
- Component library & design system: a Figma UI kit, states, and annotations for a smooth dev handoff.
- Interactive & motion design: meaningful animations to demonstrate capability without harming performance.
- On-page SEO: structured metadata, headings, internal links, and an XML sitemap, with GA4 and Search Console wired.
- Accessibility & performance: WCAG-informed color and contrast, keyboard and focus patterns, asset optimization, and caching.
- Conversion paths: persistent, unobtrusive CTAs to Request a Demo and Talk to Sales across high-intent pages.
- User testing & QA: task-based checks pre-launch, plus cross-device validation and defect resolution.
- Training & enablement: a live CMS workshop with short videos, and a governance checklist to keep publishing consistent.
- Post-launch support: a 30-day stabilization window with analytics verification and tuning.
- API integration (Careers and Open Positions): automated sync between job postings and the site Careers page to keep listings accurate and current.

Challenges
XR training content is deep, media-heavy, and multi-audience. The previous framing mixed technical and buyer messages, scattered high-intent paths, and made it hard to see measurable outcomes (time-to-competency, readiness, cost savings). The new site had to make ROI legible, uphold accessibility and speed with rich media, and reduce day-to-day dependence on developers.
Approach
We mapped jobs-to-be-done for Training and Ops, PMO, and Procurement, then rebuilt the information architecture around those tasks. A component-driven web design and focused UI/UX system standardized patterns and clarified CTAs. We documented on-page SEO fundamentals, instrumented analytics, and produced development-ready Figma files with a UI kit. Interactive and motion elements were defined to guide attention, not distract. Finally, we delivered enablement training, documentation, and governance so internal teams could publish confidently.

Outcomes
The refreshed experience presents MassXR in business terms, with clearer solution stories by industry, credible proof, faster paths to Request a Demo, and a maintainable CMS. Brand Vision was the right partner because we pair enterprise-grade craft with enablement, combining web design, UI/UX, light branding alignment, pragmatic SEO, and advisory-first marketing consultation to deliver a durable system, not just a launch.
