Challenges
Facility service sites can look the same, and many visitors arrive with urgency and healthy skepticism. Earlier content hid proof like certifications, safety details, and ESG practices, split topics in uneven ways, and made quoting slow on mobile. Bilingual content and clear service area signals needed to be obvious without clutter.
Approach
We shaped the experience around three moments. Review services, see proof, start a request. Navigation and page models were rebuilt around those steps. A flexible library handles certifications, ESG badges, and case cards. We tuned mobile speed, set up tracking, added spam protection, and kept copy short and clear. Bilingual content management was simplified so updates are quick for the team.
Outcomes
The refreshed site makes CBS Maintenance easier to choose, with clear services, credible sustainability proof, quicker quote requests, and a CMS the team can update without developer help. We combined solid page structure, accessible design, and search basics with hands on training so the platform is easy to run and improve.
Understanding the importance of color in web design, Brand Vision recommended a refreshing update to CBS Maintenance's color palette. The previous palette was dominated by shades of blue #0B1E47, which were complemented with white. Building upon this foundation, Brand Vision introduced subtle variations and hues to create a more visually dynamic and appealing color scheme.
