Canada Cloud Pharmacy is a licensed Canadian pharmacy based in British Columbia that serves patients nationwide with prescription and OTC medications. Our mandate was to refine visual identity within existing brand guidelines and design a modern, trustworthy website that simplifies ordering, education, and support for patients and caregivers.

- UX research and user-flow mapping focused on first-time visitors, returning patients, and caregivers, aligning the experience with how people actually refill, upload prescriptions, and compare options.

Challenges
Pharmacy websites must communicate trust, safety, and clarity while handling complex tasks like prescription upload and product selection. The prior experience made core actions feel fragmented and visually inconsistent, which increased support burden and reduced confidence for first-time users. The new design needed to be compliant, accessible, and simple to operate, with flows that reduce hesitation at every step.
Approach
We mapped the critical jobs to be done for patients and caregivers, then rebuilt the information architecture around those tasks. Wireframes established low-friction flows for account creation, prescription upload, manual ordering, and product discovery. The visual identity was refined within brand guidelines to balance medical credibility with warmth. We specified responsive components, content hierarchy, error-state messaging, and trust elements, then packaged a developer-ready kit with annotations, prototypes, and QA criteria for a smooth build.
Outcomes
The new design system presents Canada Cloud Pharmacy as a credible, easy-to-use destination for Canadian patients, with clearer how-to steps, cleaner product and policy pages, and ordering flows that reduce uncertainty. Brand Vision was the right partner because we combine senior UX craft, accessible UI, and meticulous handoff. The result is a maintainable, performance-minded design that development teams can implement with confidence, supported by governance and content rules that keep quality high over time.
Branding: To modernize Cloud Pharmacy's branding, we revamped their logo, color palette, and typography. We opted for a cleaner and more sophisticated design aesthetic, with shades of blue that evoke trust and professionalism. The chosen typography, Gillory and Roboto, further enhanced the brand's contemporary appeal while ensuring readability and accessibility.
The result was an intuitive user experience, modernized brand identity, and improved performance in speed and search engine optimization. These improvements led to increased user engagement, higher conversion rates, and enhanced visibility on search engines, positioning Cloud Pharmacy for sustained growth and success in the competitive online healthcare industry.
