A new education company taken to market as one system, from naming and identity through to the website and the launch materials around it.
Olexa Education connects families with certified educators for homeschooling and worldschooling experiences designed around the way they live and travel.

Project Highlights
- Naming and brand foundation: a name and positioning built for a company entering the market with no existing presence.
- Visual identity: a complete branding system designed to read as established from day one rather than newly launched.
- Content system: the service explained in plain language, since most families have never encountered this model before.
- Dual-audience architecture: separate routes for families looking for an educator and educators applying to join the network.
- Webflow website: a full design and build with responsive layouts across desktop and mobile.
- Conversion paths: inquiry and application flows shaped so each audience reaches its own next step without wading through the other.
- Launch collateral: branded materials and social templates that carry the identity beyond the site.
- Scalable system: components the team can extend as the network of families and educators grows.

Challenges
Olexa was entering the market as a new education company with no established brand or digital presence. The service needed to feel clear and credible to families while also attracting qualified educators interested in joining the network.
The website had to serve both audiences without feeling divided. Parents needed a straightforward way to understand the service and take the next step, while educators needed their own path to learn about the opportunity and apply. Every touchpoint also had to feel established from launch, despite the company itself being new.
Approach
We developed the brand and the digital experience together so Olexa could launch with one consistent presence. The work moved from foundational brand development into the visual identity, the content system, the website, and the supporting marketing materials.
For the site, we separated the family and educator journeys early and organized each around the questions that matter most to that audience. The UI/UX work kept navigation, content and calls to action focused, so families can explore the service and educators can understand how to join without either group reading past the other.
The final build runs on Webflow with a responsive system that grows alongside the business, then extends across collateral and social assets so the brand holds together beyond the web design itself.

Outcomes
Olexa launched with a cohesive brand and Webflow website that makes a less familiar education service easier to understand and trust. Families can quickly see how the service works and move toward finding an educator, while educators have a dedicated path to explore the opportunity and apply.
With the identity, content, website, and launch materials working as one system, Olexa has a credible foundation it can continue building on as its network of families and educators grows.
