Brand Vision Insights is an online news publication provided by the Company. "You" refers to you, as a user of the Service. By accepting our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use (found at https://www.brandvm.com/privacy-policy/), you consent to our collection, storage, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy.

  • Personal Information: Includes your email address, name, phone number (including mobile number where you choose to provide one), company name, job title, billing and payment information where applicable, and other details you provide through our registration process, contact forms, project intake, or other interactions with us.
  • Sensitive Personal Information: We do not intentionally collect categories of sensitive personal information as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or special categories of personal data as defined under the GDPR. If you voluntarily provide such information, we will handle it in accordance with this Policy and applicable law.

II. INFORMATION COLLECTED BY TECHNOLOGY

III. HUBSPOT INTEGRATION

IV. HOW WE USE AND SHARE INFORMATION

  • Personal Information: We use Personal Information to communicate with you, respond to inquiries, provide technical support, deliver and invoice for our services, inform you about promotional offers, deliver market news, new blog posts, and updates related to our digital marketing services and Brand Vision Insights. We reserve the right to send you promotional emails in addition to content relevant to our Service. You may opt-out of promotional communications as described in Section VIII. We do not sell, trade, or rent your Personal Information for marketing purposes. We may share your information with vendors and subprocessors performing services for us (e.g., email service providers, CRM platforms, hosting providers, payment processors, accounting and analytics tools) under strict contractual conditions and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.   • Non-Personal Information: We use Non-Personal Information to improve our Service and customize the user experience. We may aggregate Non-Personal Information to track trends and analyze usage patterns. This Privacy Policy does not limit our use or disclosure of Non-Personal Information.
  • Legal and Safety: We may disclose Personal Information when required by law, subpoena, court order, or governmental request; to enforce our agreements; to investigate suspected fraud or illegal activity; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Brand Vision, our users, or others.

V. SMS COMMUNICATIONS & TEXT MESSAGING TERMS

This section serves as both our SMS privacy disclosure and our SMS Terms & Conditions. By opting in to receive text messages from Brand Vision Marketing Inc., you agree to the terms in this section.

  • Program Description and Sender Identity. SMS messages under this program are sent by Brand Vision Marketing Inc. Messages may include proposal follow-ups, appointment and meeting reminders, project status updates, customer care responses, account notifications, and other communications related to inquiries you have submitted or services we provide to you.
  • How You Opt In.   • Message Frequency. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry, project, and the nature of our communications with you.
  • Message and Data Rates. Message and data rates may apply. Please consult your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan.
  • Opting Out (STOP). You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message you receive from us. You will receive a confirmation message, and we will not send you any further SMS messages unless you opt in again.

  • Revoking Consent by Other Means. In addition to replying STOP, you may revoke SMS consent at any time by emailing info@brandvm.com with a request to remove your number from our SMS list.
  • Mobile Information Sharing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
  • Separation from Other Consents. Your consent to receive SMS messages is separate from any other consents you provide to us (including consent to receive email communications) and is separately revocable without affecting your other communications with us.
  • Carrier Disclaimer. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • SMS Opt-In Records. We retain records of SMS opt-ins and opt-outs as required by applicable law and by mobile carrier and Campaign Registry requirements.
  • Modification of SMS Terms. We may modify these SMS Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Continued participation in the program after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
  • Termination. We may suspend or terminate the SMS program, or your participation in it, at any time and for any reason.

VI. HOW WE PROTECT INFORMATION

We implement administrative, technical, and physical security measures such as encryption in transit, access controls, and firewalls to protect your information from unauthorized access. However, no security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the security of our databases or that Personal Information you supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted to us over the Internet. VII. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

Brand Vision Marketing Inc. is headquartered in Canada and operates internationally. Categories of sources: directly from you, from your browser/device, and from our service providers. Categories of third parties with whom we disclose Personal Information for business purposes: hosting providers, CRM and email platforms (e.g., HubSpot), payment processors, analytics providers, and professional advisors.
