The work covered positioning, messaging, brand identity, creative direction, website design, and front-end development for the NEO-CHASSIS platform.
NEO CHASSIS is a California-based autonomous mobility technology company developing modular vehicle platforms built for autonomous operation from the start. Its architecture brings LiDAR perception, computer vision, onboard computation, electric propulsion, navigation, and vehicle control together in one connected system.

Project Highlights
- Brand positioning: strategy built around the platform layer rather than a finished vehicle, so the architecture is the product.
- Messaging framework: language that turns perception, computation, and vehicle control into a story investors and integration partners can both follow.
- Visual identity system: a wordmark drawn from the chassis itself, with angled rails that read as structure and forward motion at once.
- Technical design language: a near-black palette, squared technical typography, and instrument detailing that present the brand as a system in operation.
- System narrative: a five-stage sequence, sense, interpret, map, decide, and move, used as the spine of the messaging and the structure of the site.
- Modular architecture story: sensing, compute, energy, drivetrain, and structure presented as distinct parts of one connected platform.
- Custom front-end build: a hand-built React site with a boot sequence on entry and motion weighted to feel mechanical rather than decorative.
- Scalable brand system: components and rules ready for investor material, technical documentation, trade presence, and future product lines.

Challenges
NEO CHASSIS does not sell a vehicle. It sells the architecture a vehicle is built on, which is the hardest kind of product to show. There is no finished car to lead with, and the audience splits two ways: investors who need to understand the category in under a minute, and engineers and integration partners who need enough technical substance to take the platform seriously in the same visit. Most autonomy branding solves this by borrowing wholesale from either automotive or consumer technology. Automotive language pulls the story toward a car the company is not building. Consumer technology language sands off the engineering credibility. Both flatten the thing that makes a platform company worth backing.
Approach
We started with positioning, and everything else follows from one idea: autonomy should be designed into a vehicle from the beginning rather than added to a conventional one afterward. That makes the platform the hero, not the vehicle. From there we wrote the system as five stages, sense, interpret, map, decide, and move, and that sequence became both the messaging spine and the structure of the site, so a visitor learns the company by walking through how the technology actually works. The identity came out of the same thinking. The mark reads as chassis rails and motion at once, set in squared technical type that holds at interface scale and at signage scale, on a near-black palette with restrained signal colour. Development was custom rather than templated. We built the front end in React so the interface could behave the way the product does, with a boot sequence on entry, state that changes as you move through the platform story, and motion tuned to feel mechanical.

Outcomes
NEO CHASSIS now has a brand that explains a platform business without a product photo, and a website that demonstrates the engineering thinking instead of claiming it. The identity carries from the interface into investor material, technical documentation, and future product lines, and the site gives a partner a clear route from the category question down to the technical detail without switching registers. Brand Vision was the right partner for this because positioning, design, and development ran as one process, which is why the site reads as the product rather than as a page about it.
