WWE has confirmed that "WWE Monday Night Raw" will remain family-friendly when it moves to Netflix in January 2025. Despite rumors of more mature content, WWE execs, including President Nick Khan and Chief Content Officer Paul Levesque, made it clear that the show will keep its "TV-PG" rating, ensuring it's safe for all ages. The move to Netflix will also make the show available globally, reaching more fans than ever before.
The first Netflix episode, airing January 6 from Inglewood, California, has already broken ticket sales records. WWE plans to make live events like WrestleMania available internationally on Netflix, offering fans easier access worldwide.
Along with live shows, WWE and Netflix are working on new documentaries and movies, including one starring John Cena. Although past live events had some streaming issues, Netflix says they've fixed the problems and are ready for the big launch.
