Amazon is taking another major step into AI-driven advertising. During its annual UnBoxed 2025 event, the company introduced Ads Agent, an artificial intelligence tool built to streamline how marketers plan, optimize, and launch campaigns. The system allows advertisers to create and manage ad strategies through a conversational chat interface — no spreadsheets or manual setups required.

The new Campaign Manager acts as a centralized hub for media buying, enabling users to upload media plans, build ad groups, and adjust targeting across Amazon’s ecosystem in one place. Within Amazon Marketing Cloud, the AI can now convert plain-language commands into executable SQL queries, making advanced data analysis accessible to marketers without technical expertise.

According to Amazon executives, these upgrades are designed to make advertising faster, smarter, and more intuitive. The launch follows the company’s broader strategy to democratize data-driven marketing by giving advertisers — from small businesses to global brands — powerful AI tools that once required entire analytics teams.
