Apple is turning the festive season into a nationwide art celebration with “Your Tree on Battersea,” a digital drawing competition encouraging people across the UK to design their own Christmas trees using iPad and Apple Pencil. Hosted by British entertainer Munya Chawawa, the campaign invites artists of all ages to submit their creations for a chance to see them illuminated on the iconic Battersea Power Station.
The project will showcase 24 winning designs, displayed alongside contributions from prominent UK creatives including Sir Stephen Fry and David Shrigley OBE. To help participants bring their ideas to life, Apple Stores nationwide are offering free Today at Apple sessions focused on digital illustration and submission techniques. Entrants can also participate remotely by downloading the official template and submitting online via Apple’s UK site.
This initiative celebrates the power of technology and creativity, highlighting how iPad can transform imagination into art. The Battersea showcase continues Apple’s tradition of connecting community, innovation, and design during the holidays.
