Key Facts

  • New J Balvin x Air Jordan 4 spotted at his Medellín homecoming concert
  • DJ Khaled shared the first close on foot look and confirmed it as an official collab
  • Design mixes a black leather base with bright colour blocking and a smiley logo heel hit
  • Release is tipped for 2026 via J Balvin’s site and Nike’s SNKRS app

J Balvin is not done with Jordan Brand yet. After consecutive projects on the Air Jordan 1, 2 and 3, the artist has now been seen in an unreleased Air Jordan 4 that extends his run of headline collaborations. The first glimpse came during his Ciudad Primavera show in Medellín, where he performed in the pair, sparking immediate speculation online.

Any doubt about the shoe’s status disappeared when DJ Khaled posted a detailed look, explaining that Balvin had personally delivered the sneakers ahead of his own birthday and charity golf event. That hand off effectively confirmed the project as the next official entry in the J Balvin Jordan line.

The shoe itself sits on a black leather base with panels blocked in earth tones, neons and soft pastels, plus metallic eyelets and Balvin’s signature smile logo stamped on the heel. Release timing has not been locked in, but current expectations point to a 2026 drop through his e-commerce channels and Nike’s SNKRS platform.
