Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 is set to launch on November 14, with a global multiplayer reveal happening at Call of Duty: NEXT on September 30. Players won’t have to wait long to try it themselves, as the open beta begins October 2 on all platforms, giving fans an early look at new features, weapons, and maps.
A brand-new 6v6 mode called Overload headlines the additions, where squads fight over a single device to overload enemy zones. Classic favorites like Team Deathmatch, Domination, Hardpoint, and Search & Destroy are also confirmed, alongside smaller Face Off variants and large-scale 20v20 Skirmish battles.
At launch, Black Ops 7 will include 16 core 6v6 maps plus two Skirmish maps, spanning oil rigs, robotics labs, neon city streets, and icy crash sites. Fan-favorite maps Express, Hijacked, and Raid return, rebuilt for the near-future 2035 setting, making this one of the most ambitious multiplayer lineups Treyarch has ever delivered.
