Mass Virtual builds extended‑reality (XR) training platforms, with MassXR improving retention, readiness, and cost efficiency across aerospace, defense, and enterprise. Our mandate: frame the platform for decision‑makers (not just technologists), reduce friction to inquiry, and deliver a site that is accessible, high‑performance, and easy for internal teams to run.
Mass Virtual's new design enhanced their brand’s online presence, making it more aligned with their vision of being at the forefront of XR technology.
- Modern CMS build (Webflow/WordPress) — responsive, secure foundation with mobile‑first execution.
- 9 custom pages + 2–3 subpages — scoped layouts for Platform, Solutions/Industries, Services, Resources, Careers, and Contact.
- Sitemap & IA strategy — buyer‑task journeys for Training/Ops leaders, Program/PMO, and Procurement.
- Component library & design system — Figma UI kit, states, and annotations for a smooth dev handoff.
- Interactive & motion design — meaningful animations to demonstrate capability without harming performance.
- On‑page SEO — structured metadata, headings, internal links, XML sitemap; GA4/Search Console wired.
- Accessibility & performance — WCAG‑informed color/contrast, keyboard/focus patterns, asset optimization, caching.
- Conversion paths — persistent, unobtrusive CTAs to Request a Demo / Talk to Sales across high‑intent pages.
- User testing & QA — task‑based checks pre‑launch; cross‑device validation and defect resolution.
- Training & enablement — live CMS workshop (with short videos) and a governance checklist to keep publishing consistent.
- Post‑launch support — 30‑day stabilization window; analytics verification and tuning.
- API integration (Careers & Open Positions) — automated sync between job postings and site Careers page to keep listings accurate and current.
XR training content is deep, media‑heavy, and multi‑audience. The previous framing mixed technical and buyer messages, scattered high‑intent paths, and made it hard to see measurable outcomes (time‑to‑competency, readiness, cost savings). The new site had to make ROI legible, uphold accessibility and speed with rich media, and reduce day‑to‑day dependence on developers.
- Webflow build — modern, secure, and fast; responsive, mobile‑first execution.
- Sitemap & IA strategy — services and industries reorganized around task‑based user journeys.
- Modular CMS & component library — reusable templates for Services, Industries, and Insights (no developer lift for routine publishing).
- Conversion paths — embedded RFQ/Contact routes on high‑intent pages with persistent, unobtrusive CTAs.
- On‑page SEO — clean metadata, headings, internal linking spine, and structured data; GA4/Search Console wired.
- Accessibility & performance — WCAG‑informed color/type, keyboard navigation, lazy‑loading, and asset minimization.
- Content support — technical copy editing to maintain precision while improving scannability and search intent match.
- CMS operations workshop — step‑by‑step training videos + live session; governance checklist for a sustainable cadence.
Launch & stabilization — full QA, analytics verification, and 30‑day post‑launch support.
We mapped jobs‑to‑be‑done for Training/Ops, PMO, and Procurement, then rebuilt the information architecture around those tasks. A component‑driven web design and focused UI/UX system standardized patterns and clarified CTAs. We documented on‑page SEO fundamentals, instrumented analytics, and produced development‑ready Figma files with a UI kit. Interactive and motion elements were defined to guide attention, not distract. Finally, we delivered enablement training, documentation, and governance so internal teams could publish confidently.
The refreshed experience presents MassXR in business terms: clearer solution stories by industry, credible proof, faster paths to Request a Demo, and a maintainable CMS. Brand Vision was the right partner because we pair enterprise‑grade craft with enablement, combining web design, UI/UX, light branding alignment, pragmatic SEO, and advisory‑first marketing consultation to deliver a durable system, not just a launch.
Project Visuals & More

Brand Vision developed a refined color palette that portrays professionalism while maintaining a futuristic feel. The primary colors include a deep dark shade (#060719) as the base, complemented by various shades of blue (#004AE4 and #06A6E4) for buttons and brand accents. Light grays (#D6DFE2) and neutrals (#FFFFFF) were used to ensure readability and contrast, while gradients and strokes were applied to add depth and dynamism to the overall design.

To optimize the user experience, Brand Vision reimagined the website’s architecture, ensuring a seamless flow of information. We implemented a modular design system that adapts to various content types, making the site both user-friendly and flexible for future updates. The UI design focuses on simplicity and functionality, ensuring that users can easily access information and interact with the platform, whether they are on a desktop or mobile device.

Understanding the importance of visual storytelling, we created custom graphic elements that reflect the advanced technology and innovation behind Mass Virtual’s products. These elements, including interactive elements, are designed to engage users while providing a clear and visually appealing way to navigate the site’s content.

We focused on speed optimization to ensure quick load times, enhancing user experience and reducing bounce rates. Our SEO optimization strategy included keyword-rich content, meta tags, and a streamlined site structure, boosting the site’s visibility on search engines and driving organic traffic.

We streamlined the site structure to ensure that it was not only easy for users to navigate but also optimized for search engine crawlers. This included creating a logical hierarchy of pages, utilizing clean URLs, and implementing internal linking strategies that distribute page authority effectively. Together, these efforts have significantly increased the site’s search engine visibility and driving higher organic traffic.

Mass Virtual's new design enhanced their brand’s online presence, making it more aligned with their vision of being at the forefront of XR technology.

Brand Vision focused on creating a visually striking and user-friendly website that aligns with Mass Virtual's brand identity. The project included the development of a modern and cohesive colour palette, updated typography, and custom graphic elements that highlight Mass Virtual’s unique technology.

Brand Vision crafted a modern visual identity, developed custom graphic elements, and optimized the UI/UX for better user engagement and seamless navigation across all devices. Our focus on responsive design ensured a consistent, high-quality experience, particularly for mobile users, ultimately elevating Mass Virtual’s digital presence to match their commitment to technological excellence.
