Before Health Intelligence

Making life‑saving AI understandable and credible for non‑technical and clinical audiences.

Before Health Intelligence develops AI‑powered SaMD apps that surface early warning signals for critical events using passive biometrics from wearables and smartphones.

We partnered to translate cutting‑edge science into a clear, trust‑first web presence that supports education, recruiting, and investor conversations, without diluting medical rigor.

Project Highlights
  • Webflow build and a scalable CMS.

  • Sitemap & information architecture oriented to key journeys (Patients/Caregivers, Clinicians, Researchers, Investors) and SaMD‑specific FAQs.

  • Component‑driven web design + UI/UX: hero variations, comparison tables, trust modules (security, privacy, clinical), FAQs, and CTA bands.

  • CMS collections for Products, News/Updates, Careers, and Resources to publish quickly without developer lift.

  • Plain‑language content model with space for disclaimers, references, and risk statements; visual patterns that avoid over‑promising while communicating value.

  • On‑page SEO foundations: metadata, headings, internal‑link spine, schema, XML sitemap; GA4 + Search Console instrumentation.

  • Accessibility (WCAG‑informed color/contrast, focus states, keyboard traversal) and mobile‑first performance (responsive images, asset minimization, caching strategy).

  • Security & QA: form validation/spam controls, link checks, 404 monitoring at launch; cross‑browser/device testing.

  • Training & enablement: admin guide, short how‑to videos, and a live CMS workshop; 30‑day post‑launch support.
Challenges

The brand needed to address multiple audiences with different concerns (outcomes for patients and clinicians; evidence and safety for researchers; clarity and traction for investors). Content lived in disparate docs, the value proposition spanned several use cases, and the team needed a CMS that preserved message discipline as pages scaled.

  • Webflow build — modern, secure, and fast; responsive, mobile‑first execution.

  • Sitemap & IA strategy — services and industries reorganized around task‑based user journeys.

  • Modular CMS & component library — reusable templates for Services, Industries, and Insights (no developer lift for routine publishing).

  • Conversion paths — embedded RFQ/Contact routes on high‑intent pages with persistent, unobtrusive CTAs.

  • On‑page SEO — clean metadata, headings, internal linking spine, and structured data; GA4/Search Console wired.

  • Accessibility & performance — WCAG‑informed color/type, keyboard navigation, lazy‑loading, and asset minimization.

  • Content support — technical copy editing to maintain precision while improving scannability and search intent match.

  • CMS operations workshop — step‑by‑step training videos + live session; governance checklist for a sustainable cadence.

Launch & stabilization — full QA, analytics verification, and 30‑day post‑launch support.

Our Approach

We ran focused discovery to map each audience’s tasks (learn → validate → take action). From there we rebuilt the navigation and page models around those tasks, introduced a component library that keeps complex information scannable, and set editorial guardrails for disclaimers, data provenance, and privacy language. We designed high‑fidelity prototypes, user‑tested flows internally, then developed the site in Webflow. Pragmatic on‑page SEO, analytics, and lightweight performance hardening shipped at launch. Light branding alignment ensured visual cohesion without slowing timelines, supported by advisory‑led marketing consultation.

Final Outcome & Why Brand Vision

The new site presents Before Health Intelligence as a credible, easy‑to‑understand leader in proactive monitoring: clearer storytelling, faster paths to inquiry and recruiting, stronger search readiness, and a CMS the team can confidently operate. Brand Vision was the right choice because we blend enterprise‑grade craft with enablemen.
