Canada Cloud Pharmacy is a licensed Canadian pharmacy based in British Columbia that serves patients nationwide with prescription and OTC medications. Our mandate was to refine visual identity within existing brand guidelines and design a modern, trustworthy website that simplifies ordering, education, and support for patients and caregivers.

- UX research and user-flow mapping focused on first-time visitors, returning patients, and caregivers, aligning the experience with how people actually refill, upload prescriptions, and compare options.
- Sitemap and IA redesign centered on the core journey: How to Order, Products, Pricing, FAQs, and Contact, with clear paths to create an account, upload a prescription, and place an order.
- Design system in Figma with tokens, type scale, accessible color ramps, components, and page templates for Home, How to Order, Product Info, Category, and Account states.
- Responsive UI and interaction specs for desktop, tablet, and mobile, including states for logged in, refill, and prescription upload.
- Trust and safety UX patterns that foreground licensing, contact details, and policy links to reinforce legitimacy and care standards.
- On-page SEO foundations inside the design: semantic headings, internal linking patterns, product schema placeholders, and content modules for guidance and medication education.
- Developer handoff with full redlines, component documentation, prototype links, and acceptance criteria for performance, accessibility, and Core Web Vitals.

We mapped the critical jobs to be done for patients and caregivers, then rebuilt the information architecture around those tasks. Wireframes established low-friction flows for account creation, prescription upload, manual ordering, and product discovery. The visual identity was refined within brand guidelines to balance medical credibility with warmth. We specified responsive components, content hierarchy, error-state messaging, and trust elements, then packaged a developer-ready kit with annotations, prototypes, and QA criteria for a smooth build.
The new design system presents Canada Cloud Pharmacy as a credible, easy-to-use destination for Canadian patients: clearer how-to steps, cleaner product and policy pages, and ordering flows that reduce uncertainty.
