Terms and Conditions for Article Placement Subscription
By paying this invoice, you ("Client") agree to the following terms:
1. Service Agreement
- The Client is purchasing a placement within a specified article published by Brand Vision Insights ("Company"). All featured businesses will be labeled with a "Sponsored" badge to comply with advertising and disclosure regulations.
2. Subscription Terms
- This is a monthly subscription, and the Client will be charged the agreed-upon fee automatically each month.
- If the Client wishes to cancel, they must provide written notice at least 30 days prior to the desired cancellation date. Upon cancellation, the Client's placement will be removed from the article.
3. Positioning and Price Adjustments
- If another business offers to purchase the Client's position at a higher price, the Company will notify the Client.
- The Client may retain their position by agreeing to the higher price; otherwise, the position will be reassigned, and the Client’s placement may be adjusted.
4. No Guarantees
- The Company does not guarantee specific traffic, leads, or results from the placement.
5. Changes to Articles
- The Company reserves the right to update, modify, or remove articles, including the Client's placement, with prior notice.
6. Disclosure
- All featured businesses will be marked as "Sponsored" to ensure transparency and compliance with legal requirements.
By submitting payment, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
