Walmart x StockX Unleash Limited Edition Labubu Drops Through August 22

  • Limited Labubu “daily drops” are live on Walmart.com and scheduled to run through August 22.
  • Items are authenticated, sold and shipped by StockX via Walmart’s third party marketplace.
  • Selection includes blind boxes, sealed cases and pendants in limited quantities, with some items priced over 200 dollars.
  • Move fits Walmart’s broader marketplace strategy to add verified, hard to find goods beyond core essentials.

Walmart and StockX have joined forces on a Labubu push that brings the year’s buzziest collectible into a mass retail spotlight. The program centers on limited daily drops on Walmart’s site, running through August 22, with StockX handling authentication and fulfillment so buyers know what they are getting is real. The positioning is simple and time bound which is exactly how hype cycles tend to work.

What shoppers will see is a rotating slate of Pop Mart Labubu items that typically sell out fast elsewhere. That includes blind boxes, sealed multi packs and wearable pendants that double as bag charms. Listings indicate StockX as the seller of record and note that many items are not eligible for returns. Pricing varies by rarity and condition which mirrors secondary market norms and explains why some options sit well above original retail.

Strategically the collaboration is another sign that Walmart’s marketplace is leaning into high demand culture goods that attract new customers and ad impressions. StockX gets reach and credibility with shoppers who might not browse a resale platform on its own. And the Labubu brand gains a bigger stage while staying scarce through limited quantities which keeps the frenzy intact for at least the rest of the week.
