Production for The Boys Season 5 is officially underway. Laz Alonso, who plays Mother’s Milk, shared a behind-the-scenes cast photo on Instagram with a caption confirming the start of filming in Toronto, Ontario. The image features returning cast members like Karl Urban, Jack Quaid, Antony Starr, and more. While not in the photo, Erin Moriarty, Jensen Ackles, and Jeffrey Dean Morgan are also set to reprise their roles.
Season 5 marks the series finale, with showrunner Eric Kripke revealing that wrapping up the story in five seasons was always the plan. Fans can expect the final chapter to deliver a thrilling conclusion to the gritty superhero saga. Meanwhile, the franchise will live on through spin-offs, including Gen V, a 1950s prequel called Vought Rising, and a Mexico-based series.
