Path of Exile 2 Expects Queues at Early Access Launch

Grinding Gear Games, the studio behind Path of Exile 2, is preparing for heavy server traffic as the game enters early access this weekend. Over 1 million players have redeemed access keys, with demand exceeding expectations. Despite increasing server capacity, developers warn of possible login delays.

The sequel to the 2013 hit has generated excitement for its improved graphics and updated mechanics like WASD controls. Fans are eager, but the studio acknowledges the technical challenges ahead.

Director Jonathan Rogers thanked players for their support, assuring them the team will work hard to resolve any launch issues quickly.
