We decided to go with a logo that featured the word Empress, but with a unique twist. We split the word into two parts, "emp" and "pres", to create a more memorable and distinctive logo. The word "Emp" and "Pres" are written in an unique font called Brown Sugar.
The color palette we chose for the logo and branding was subtle nudes and browns. This color palette conveyed a sense of luxury and sophistication while being understated and elegant. We wanted the colors to be able to stand the test of time and not be too trendy or overly flashy.
For the typography, we decided to mix serif and sans-serif fonts. This helped to convey a sense of history and tradition, while also being modern and attractive to younger consumers. We chose a serif font for the main body text, as it added a touch of elegance and sophistication. We used a sans-serif font for headings and subheadings, which gave a modern feel.
